How they treat their guests and handle difficult situations. That was the moment I started looking at OSAKA differently and saw a little of what usually stays behind the invisible wall between a restaurant and its guests.

Later I found out that the owner has been working in the restaurant industry since he was 19, and OSAKA is the name of the first restaurant that inspired him to keep growing in the restaurant business.

That is where the idea came from: not to create yet another purely Japanese restaurant, but to take the Japanese approach to quality and build a more flexible menu around it.

Today, many people know OSAKA mainly for its rolls and delivery, but the project was always meant to be broader. Pasta, steaks and other dishes were part of the idea from the very beginning.

That is exactly why OSAKA is about to open its doors at a new location very soon, but we’ll tell you more about that one later.
