Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the frogi.travel website and the Telegram bot of the FROGI project (the “Service”). The project is owned and operated by an individual, Adel Suprun (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@frogi.travel.

By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What FROGI is

FROGI is a travel media publication (articles, guides, places, events) and a services catalogue for travellers.

We are not a tour operator, travel agent, carrier, hotel or payment agent. We do not provide the services listed in the catalogue ourselves, we do not take payments, and we are not a party to your transactions.

2. Services are provided by partners

A service listing on the site is information about a partner’s offer (a guide, rental company, tour organiser, driver and so on) — not an offer from us.

  • The service contract is formed between you and the partner. We are not part of it.
  • Payment is made directly to the partner — in cash or by any other method agreed with them. We do not take money, hold deposits, issue invoices or receipts, or process refunds.
  • The terms of the service — what is included, timing, meeting point, cancellation, refunds — are set and confirmed by the partner. Prices shown on the site are indicative and may differ from current ones.
  • The partner is responsible for delivering the service, for its quality and for safety.

If something goes wrong, contact the partner first. But do write to us at info@frogi.travel as well: we will help you get in touch, look into it, and draw conclusions about working with that partner.

3. Telegram concierge

Through our Telegram bot we help you find a service and connect with a partner. This is informational intermediation, not the provision of a service. We may receive a fee from partners for referred clients.

How we handle the data in your request is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Affiliate links

The site contains affiliate links to third-party booking services (for example Trip.com, Klook, 12Go, Airalo, KKday, Cherehapa, Travelpayouts). We may earn a commission on orders placed through such links — at no extra cost to you. All transactions are concluded directly between you and the respective service, on its own terms.

5. Using the Service

You may read our content freely and free of charge; no registration is required — there are no forms and no user accounts on the site.

You agree:

  • not to disrupt the Service or attempt unauthorised access;
  • not to use automated data collection (scraping, parsing) or other actions that impose excessive load;
  • not to use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Reader submissions

We are currently not accepting reader submissions: the forms for stories, article contributions and event suggestions are switched off.

If you nevertheless send us material by email, it is published only with your explicit consent and with attribution; copyright stays with you. We may edit, shorten or decline to publish what you send.

7. Intellectual property

Editorial text, photographs, design and the look and feel of the Service belong to us or are used lawfully. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our material without our written consent — ordinary personal use and quotation with a source link excepted.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and its content are provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that information about prices, schedules, places, events and services is complete or current at the time of use. Verify details with the original source — the partner, organiser or venue — before making decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, from the content of third-party sites, or from services purchased from partners.

10. Third-party resources

The Service contains links to third-party sites and services (booking partners, Google Maps, Telegram and others). We do not control their content or policies. You follow them at your own risk and under their terms.

11. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
