Locavex launched in Nha Trang on 26 February 2026 out of a problem that will feel very familiar to many expats.

The founders had already been living in the city for two years and realised how much time ordinary everyday tasks could take. Finding someone reliable, explaining what you actually need in another language, checking the result, and sometimes still having to redo part of the work yourself.

At first, they simply searched for good specialists for their own needs. Then friends started asking for help with cleaning, moving, and other practical tasks. That gradually turned into the idea of bringing trusted providers together in one clear service, so other people would not have to repeat the same search every time.

I have used Locavex myself, so this part comes from personal experience rather than only from the team’s story. What won me over was the way they communicate with clients, the attention to detail, and how seriously they take quality. The care also shows up in small things no one asks them to do.
