The atmosphere feels like a cosy living room, where you can grab a seat at the communal table, browse photos from the owners’ family archives or settle in with friends in front of the big screen. Especially when there’s a big rugby match or one of Cape Town’s much-loved horse races on.

The menu features beef, chicken and veggie burgers, potato wedges and snacks. To drink, there’s wine by the glass, beer and cocktails. On Sundays, the bar also hosts live jazz evenings, so you can drop by for the music as well as the food.
