ANTHM
Not just about serving a beautiful cocktail, but about a Japanese country house, bar culture, vinyl records, art, and flavour experimentation.

The interior is inspired by kominka, traditional Japanese rural houses. The space features weathered wood, antique furniture, vintage tableware and soft, dim lighting.
Vinyl records play in the background, from jazz and blues to rock and other music loved by the owner. Here, music isn’t just background noise. It’s part of the concept, just like the cocktails.
The name ANTHM references the word anthem. For Tetsuo, music accompanies life’s important moments and brings people together around the same table.
The bar spans two levels: the main floor with the bar and seating, and an upstairs space designed for music and performances. The idea is to create a place where guests don’t just stop for a drink and leave, but stay a little longer, talk and feel part of the crowd.
In short: signature cocktails 🍸 Japanese aesthetics 🪵 vinyl and music 🎶 unexpected flavours 🌿
