BAKED

BAKED. started as a small artisan bakery in the Canggu area. From the beginning, the idea was about more than good pastries: the founders wanted to create a place that felt like part of everyday neighborhood life somewhere people would return to for bread, breakfast, and coffee.

The bread and laminated pastries are made in-house, while the open bakery lets you see part of the process that usually stays hidden behind the kitchen doors. BAKED. has also grown far beyond the “coffee and pastry” format. There are full hot breakfasts, and some dishes can be mixed and matched so you can build your morning the way you want it. Today, the brand has several locations across Bali, but the idea remains the same: a bakery you can stop by for fresh bread and end up staying for a proper breakfast.
