Akasa Specialty Coffee sits on the edge of the Batur caldera, so the first impression is almost inevitably the view: volcano, lake, and the valley below.
But Akasa is more than a scenic coffee stop.
The café works with Arabica grown in the Kintamani region and describes its model as farm to cup, covering the journey from growing and processing the beans to roasting and brewing them.
